Emerit
Has been a locksmith since 1977 and owner of Tom's Lock Service since 1983. He's a graduate of Winona State University with degrees in Business and Economics. Emerit is a Winona native and lives here with his wife and three daughters. He loves cruising in his convertible, drawing with pen & ink, woodworking, and (once again) loves cruising in his convertible.
Larry
Originally from Rockford, IL by way of Alabama, Larry moved to Winona with his wife, Gloria, and two sons in 2000. He is a Chicago Bears fanatic and loves spending his summers fishing on the Mississippi. He joined our locksmith team in 2004 and assists in many areas with his fabrication and mechanical skills. As an installation specialist, Larry brings a wide array of talents & experience from a history of various jobs.
Nate
Joined our team in 2013 as a "Mr. Do-Anything." Born in Winona, he's a 2016 graduate of Winona State University with a B.A. in Business Administration. He is also an Eagle Scout, a moped enthusiast and enjoys summers on the river. Nate specializes in customer service, residential installation, and automotive key and remote programming.
Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn joined the team in the start of 2021 as our new office manager. She was born in Winona, a 2012 WSHS graduate. She has a long history of customer service experience. Kaitlyn has two daughters, loves to dance, and enjoys spending her free time hiking, camping and doing anything outdoors.
Bruce RIP
Bruce was the kind of person every company hopes to have—dependable, generous with his time, and always willing to step in when he was needed. Whether driving vehicles, handling deliveries and pick-ups, or helping during difficult moments, Bruce was someone we could always count on. Bruce’s commitment and spirit left a lasting mark on the company, and he is deeply missed. RIP 2/2/2025
Robert
Started as a 16-year-old and moved to Colorado after graduating from WSU with a Communication Studies degree. Now married and raising a son, he is still part of the team as our "West Coast Advisor."
